HCA 13/67 is a volume of witness statements or depositions submitted in the English High Court of Admiralty in the year 1653 (February to October) from a series of English High Court of Admiralty Deposition Books. The original manuscripts are held at the National Archives, Kew, England.
HCA 13/67 has no foliation markings.
The MarineLives project team imaged the entire volume in July 2015, and will be publishing the images over the course of the next few months.
Our priority is to publish images from depositions relating to claims resulting from the seizure of the ships the Hamburg owned ships the Sampson and the Saint George, and the Lubeck owned ship the Salvador. Depositions relating to these three ships can be found below marked as "Special Annotate" pages. The foliation is artificial and although the depositions are in correct sequence, the artifical foliation does not reflect the actual position of the depositions in the overall volume.
To learn more about the three ships see our [Tools: Three Silver Ships
This Volume currently contains 170 pages.
