and Sayeth That he Sayee the Said producent pay for the said Tobacaho eight pices of eight
for one[?} Rosseu and six [?} a [?} for every hyde And further saying his former[?]
depositions he cannot [?]

To the 4th Intery That [?] Antonio dura[?} Rosa himself did asist in lading of the goods
predeposed and further cannot any [?] saving that were[?] not any of ffurthermore[?] or [?] than[?]
of [?] him there in that he knowe of

To the 5th and 6th Interries he referreth himself to his depositions aforesaid and further cannot say

To the 7th 8th & 9th interryes he knoweth nothing more [?] the [?] thereof the[?] [?]
he hath predeposed

To the xth Interries he [?] That he[?] this [?] was and is a native of Vazual[?] and he
hath a wife and family And otherwise negatively

To the xith he knoweth not of any other Post[?] [?] never[?] the goods predeposed showe[n?] had
been delivered at but only Ostend and further cannot [?]

To the 12:13.14 and 15 interrys he cannot say further[?] knowwing nothing of the said shares[?]
there outward lading before they arrived at Cadiz

To the xvith Interry he cannot say any thing thereabout knowing how ever of one [?]
the truthe[?] thereof

To the 17 and 18th Interryes That soe [?] he knoweth not of any great [?] more
[?] or goods were [?] or are taken out of the shipps [?] over before such the time
of their [?] predeposed. And further cannot say

To the ixth interries he [/] That the goods which the said Antonio do la Rusa put[?]
and laded aboard the two shipps predeposed were laden aboard them were[?] they lay
in the bay of Cadiz within and under toward[?] of this for[?] true[?] and by later[?] year
the mine[?] [?] of the [?] however there and[?] further cannot otherwisesaye[?]

To the 20 inturry he knoweth that he did not see any of the [?] [?] Octabia George or
Christian Cloppenburgh signe any other bills of lading containing the goods nature[?] but only[?]
the Bills of lading predeposed where of att the same tyme and place they were[?]
signed six[?] other bills of lading of the same [?] of the three[?] bills of lading now shown
unto him and after the soesaid bills were for [?] as aforesaid one of each[?] their[?]
bills was [?] to Antonio de la Rosa and one of each bills to the next of the shipps
the Salvador' and Sampson aforesaid and the other list[?] for advice but in whos[?] know[?] he
cannot [?]

To the 2i Interries he ausworeth[?] That having [?] the Bills of Lading [?] att the time
of the [?] he sayith That the same Bills of Lading have the same mares upon the[m?]
now [?] they have[?] signed att Cadiz as predeposed and otherwise he[?]
now posibilities of [?] of his knowledge concerning the said bills of Ladings [?] thing[/]

him did not come by the was of Holland but were by the [?] himself brought aboard the shippe [?]
