Gaullermo[?] from boone of Cadiz in Spayne, merchant aged about
twenty five[?] year [?] soe produced[?] and examyned in this [?] [?]
so followeth
To the first arlate of the said allegation he sayeth That [?] he this deponent [?]
beene att Countrey in fflander Yet hee hath civis in the conduction of a merchant att
Cadiz asfar[?] his Usual place of Residdence and att Mararchaie[?] Vazimus[?] Gibraltor
and other places in the West India for the spate of foure years last past And sayeth
that about the xi[xv?]th day of may last past he this deponent did lade aboard the Shipp the nostra
Signioza del Rosario whereoof the producent Antonio de la Rosa was [?] his mate for that deponents
accompt therefore and one [?] of Tobaccho att which time there was likewise Ladde aboard
the sayd Shipp at the said Port of macathaio[?] for the accompt and [?] [?] of the said procuent[?]

and one potachou of Tobaccho of the second marke in the margent and six Potatchoes of Tobbacceau
and au hundred hides with [?] on them marked with the third marke in the margent

which all which[?] goods and merchandies being soe laden aboard the frigott nostra Signiora
del Rosaria [?] he this deponent come aboard the said ffrigott in company with Antonio di la Rosa
with his [?] off the said Shipp manuel Cozia John Baptista Sagnio[?] Thomas Juan
and Antonio Rodrigues and about the month of September last past arrived[?] safly
with the said Shipp and his lading att Cadiz in Spayine where the said Antonio de la Rosa
having bought fowe butts of wyne from Saint Lucer hee sayeth That in or about
the month of October last past the said Antonio dela Rosa did take[?] to lade the said
fowre butts of wyne marked with the marke in the margent and
was [?] and the said six potacchoes of Tobacchau and the hundred hydes afforesaid he sayeth
were laden likewise by the said producent aboard the shipp the Salvaor [?] [?] [?]
Shipps there were soe laden as afforesaid [?] [? [?] [?] from the said Port of Cadiz to Oastend
arlate and were cou[?]signed to be delivered there for the accompt and adventure of the said
producent [?] knoweth soe that he this Deponent having ladeded aboard the shipp
the Salvador Tobacceou for his owne accompt came as Passinger in the shipp named
The [?] of Dunkirke bound for Oastend[?} arlate from Cadiz aforesaid from which Port
the said Shipp kept company with the said Salvador and the Sampson until they came into
the [?] of England were the said Shipp was divided from Company of the said shipps [?]
a stoarme[?] with [?] att sea And further cannot Depose saving that hee as [?]
[?] in [?] [?] That the said producent was is and ought to be true and
lawfull owner and Proprietor of the wyne Tobacceu and Hydes predeposed forre[?] that
he that deponent sawe the goods predeposed laden aboard the said shipps the Salvador
and Sampson arlate and board the foresaid Otto George and Christian Cloppenburgh
att [?] [?] That they had signed Bills of Lading soe the receipt and [?} of the
goods predeposed att Oastend arlate and further cannot say
To the second arlate of the said allegation he sayith that he cannot Dipose any thing
matirially[?] thereunto being not present att the ferming[?] of the Bills of Lading arlate
And further cannot depose more than by the aforementioned and at knowledgement of the
[?]
