John Wittegrove of Hamburgh. Mariner Quarter
Master of the Shippe the Morning Starre aged
36 yeares or thereabouts sworne and Examined./.

To the firest second 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. and 9th articles of the said Allegation
and to the schedule or bill of ladeing annexed
hee saith and deposeth That dureing such tyme as the ship the Morning
Starre was and remained in the Port of Cadiz there were
three small Packs and one small barre of silver marked with the
marke in the margent laden on bord her in the name and for the
accompt of the producent John Moller of Antwerp, this
deponent then heareing the Barkiers who brought the same abord
say that it was for that account in the truth of which hee is the more confirmed
because hee now seeth the bill of ladeing which was and is signed and made [?out]
for the same the contents whereof as hee verily beleiveth were and are true and
reall in every part
