• Replace 'This is the footnote text' with the footnote you wish to add, using the format: first name, surname, title, (place of publication, date of publication), page or folio number
• Save the page

To the 10th he saith That he this deponent was borne in Verina in the West
Indies, where he liveth and hath a wife and family there And saith he hath
not any share or Interest in the said Tobaccoes by way of Insurance or
otherwise neither will it bee any benefitt to him whether the said Tobaccoes
bee restored or condemned And otherwise hee cannot depose./

To the 17th hee saith That he doth not knowe that (since the lading of the
said Tobaccoes now claymed and before the seisure of the said shipp)
any of her goods wares or merchandizes silver plate [?XXXXX] or other [?XXX]
was taken out of the said shipp or otherwise disposed of And further he
