To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first hee answereth negatively.

To the second third and fourth Interrogatories hee saith hee
doth not personally knowe the said don domingo Centurione
but by common fame and by what this deponent hath seene in
writing and heard from persons of qualitie, hee is
well assured that the said don domingo Centurione was and
is a Spaniard and one of his Majesties Counsell of Spaine
and an Inhabitant of Madrid, and there to have lived many
yeares, and the arlate John de [?Wint] to be his factor at
Cadiz, and further saving his foregoeing deposition to which hee
referreth himselfe hee cannot depose.

To the fifth hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition and
cannot otherwise depose.

To the sixth hee saith hee this rendent is a native of
Liege in the Confines of Germany, and hath for severall
yeares last past bin resident in this citie, And otherwise
negatively.

To the seaventh and rest of the Interrogatories hee saith that
hee was not in the voyage nor knoweth ought thereof otherwise
then as aforesaid. And otherwise saving his foregoeing
deposition to which hee referrreth himselfe hee
cannot answer./

Olaves Jury London marchant aged 42 yeares
or thereabouts sworne and examined.

[#] To the fourth article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth
that hee this deponent hath lived as a merchant five or six yeares at Aleppo
and hath bin severall times at Scanderon and Cyprus about merchandizing
affaires and thereby well knoweth the course and custome of those
parts and places, And saith that at the parts of Cyprus and
Scanderon all goods that are laden aboard shipps are (or at least
ought according to the custome of those places to be) delivered by
