To the .17. he saith that his sayd precontest did with the foresayd English stiffes
in the Indies buy severall good quantityes of sylver and money for the
producents Accompt and the sylver now claymed amongst the rest, and
the same was bought of severall Inhabitants of the sayd Indies in and since the
yeare 1650, and this Rendent saw some of the same bought, but whether
he were present att the buying of this very parcell now claymed he knoweth
not, but well knoweth that the sayd John de Losa Barona who bought
the same did in the Indies putt this parcell to the producents Accompt And
further he cannot depose.
