To the .2. he saith he knoweth Paulus Cobrisse and hath knowne him by sight about
9 monethes. and by correspondencyes 5 yeares. and knoweth Pedro Calvo and
so hath done for 8 yeares. and saw Pedro Calvo att Cadiz in Company of this
deponent and his sayd precontest and John Martins the tyme interrate. and otherwise negatively

To the .7. he saith the entry in the bill of lading to the allegation annexed is made
to a false accompt as aforesayd and he beleiveth that a duplicat of the same
was found aboard the Saint George. and beleiveth some vills of lading
were found aboard the sayd shipp for sylver and moneyes belonging to this
Rendent and his sayd precontest severally wherein their owne names are
not used but the names of others colourably according to an allegation admitted
in this Court on behalfe of this Rendent, and his deposition remayning in the
Registry of this Court in the cause of his sayd precontest wherein the same more largely
may appeare. And otherwise cannot depose.
