for the said Robert Abdy did desire him
teh said Case to transport in the said shippe
Stammboleene the fowerteene balls of grograms
and one bale of grogram yarne in the said
schedule mentioned to this Port of London and
deliver the same to the said Robert Abdey, and
one William Abdey as factor for Mr Robert dawes
did at and about the same time desire him to trans
=port in the said vessell from Smirna aforesaid
seventeene bales of grograms to this port of
London to be delivered to the said Robert dawes
and he the said Case did then positively tell the
said Mr Penwarren and Mr Alvey that he feared
his ship was before soe full with goods that hee
had not roome therein to stowe the same, but
they the said parties did very much importune
and urge him the said Case to doe what hee
could possibly and make some shift to carry the
said goods, and thereupon through their urgent
importunity hee was indured to promise them that
if hee could possibly he would stow the said goods
consigned to Mr Abdey and the seventeene bales
consigned to Mr dawes where his ships provisions
were to have bin stowed, and would stowe his
said ships provisions upon the decks, and soe
the said goods were sent on board the said
ship Stamboleene, and he the said Case (really
