ready to have set saile for [?XXXXX]
to have loaded Corne and might in all
probability have beene there and loaded
and returned againe they being by Con
tract to loade in sixe dayes but comeing
a moneth later then otherwise they
might have donne they were by reason
of foule weather constrained to stay forty
sixe dayes whereby this Rendent and
the owners did suffer att least 200 li
dammadge as hee beleeveth which was
occasioned by the neglect of the said
parties as this Rendent beleeveth and
hee alsoe beleeveth that the said parties
did enter into pay as is arlate and did
continue in the said shipp untill the time
they were taken which was the second
of June 1650 but the last port the said
shipp made in the said voyadge was
the porte of Naples where shee tooke in
Caske to lade homewards with oiles the
second of december 1649 being from
the time they entred into pay the space
of fifteene moneths as hee beleeveth
dureing which time the said shipp was
embarqued att Naples by the power
of the king of Spaine from the 29th
day of June in the yeare 1649 untill
the 24th day of July in the said yeare
being in all the space of 25 dayes
and hee beleeveth hee hath really paid
unto the said respective parties agent
Tenne monethes wages which was farr
more then they deserved as hee beleeveth
