To heare the order of the Court upon the<br />
Admission of Budds allegation and in case<br />
the same be not to bee admitted to heare<br />
sentence at Budds petition did admit the allegation<br />
by him in this cause given soe farre as the<br />
same is by lawe admissible which said allegation<br />
being soe admitted and repeated and the said Smith<br />
not beleevinge the same to bee true the Judges assigned<br />
the said Budd to prove the same the third Court day<br />
from hense ita quod etcetera and decreed for the answeares<br />
of hopkins./.

To heare the order of the Court upon the taxation<br />
of the charges and the certificate is continued<br />
to this day Which day the Judges at the petition<br />
of the said Suckley did assigne to heare their<br />
order upon the taxation of the charges upon Satterday<br />
next in the morninge in this {place} and continued the<br />
certificate in the same state that nowe it is untill the<br />
same time in the presence of the said Smith<br />
dissentinge et cetera./.

on Clements petition Which<br />
day the said Suckley gave an<br />
allegation in writing which hee<br />
desired to bee admitted in the presence<br />
of the said Clements dissentinge and<br />
alleadging that the same ought not by lawe<br />
to bee admitted but the Judges admitted the<br />
same soe farre as the same is by law admissible<br />
which allegation beinge soe admitted and repeated<br />
and the said Suckley upon the same produced the said<br />
Browninge as a party principall whom the Judges etcetera<br />
receaved and administred an oath unto him to make a<br />
true answeare and monished him to give in the<br />
same before Satterday next and assigned to heare<br />
this cause upon Satterday next./.

said Clements dissenting and protesting of the<br />
nullity and greivance and of appealing /.
