Cheekes petition which day the
Judges assigned to heare their order
upon the petition of the said Cheeke upon
the first Court day of the next Terme in
the presence of the said ffrancklin dissenting
et cetera
Bennett and others against hopkins}

To heare the order of the Court upon the
Admission of Budds allegation and in case
the same be not to bee admitted to heare
sentence at Budds petition did admit the allegation
by him in this cause given soe farre as the
same is by lawe admissible which said allegation
being soe admitted and repeated and the said Smith
not beleevinge the same to bee true the Judges assigned
the said Budd to prove the same the third Court day
from hense ita quod etcetera and decreed for the answeares
of hopkins./.

Suckley Smith}
To heare the order of the Court upon the taxation
of the charges and the certificate is continued
to this day Which day the Judges at the petition
of the said Suckley did assigne to heare their
order upon the taxation of the charges upon Satterday
next in the morninge in this {place} and continued the
certificate in the same state that nowe it is untill the
same time in the presence of the said Smith
dissentinge et cetera./.

allegation in writing which hee
desired to bee admitted in the presence
of the said Clements dissentinge and
alleadging that the same ought not by lawe
to bee admitted but the Judges admitted the
same soe farre as the same is by law admissible
which allegation beinge soe admitted and repeated
and the said Suckley upon the same produced the said
Browninge as a party principall whom the Judges etcetera
receaved and administred an oath unto him to make a
true answeare and monished him to give in the
same before Satterday next and assigned to heare
this cause upon Satterday next./.
