goe alonge with him or come to the place appointed hee would pay<br />
him the 114 ''li'' 15 ''s'' due to him the sayd Beale, whereupon the sayd beale (as<br />
hee told this deponent) went from his howse (before this deponent came thither)<br />
towards the place appointed, and that the sayd langdon and the sayd Goodwin did<br />
by the waye cause him to bee arrested at their suite, but had payd him the<br />
sayd Beale none of the sayd 114 ''li'' 15 ''s'' which was due to him from them<br />
but sett him at defyance and sayd they would not pay him a penny thereof or<br />
the sayd Beale then told and spake words to this deponent to the very like effect.
To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true/
