was soe sett to sea from Kingesale shee the sayd shipp the ''Trooper'' and her<br />
ladeing were againe seized by some Brest men of warr and that shee was<br />
againe rescued from the Brest men of warr by the arlate Captaine Wessey<br />
and by him brought into Corke in Ireland, And saith that the sayd<br />
Bowman hearing of the sayd shipp ''Troopers'' being soe retaken and brought<br />
into Corke did ride over fromLimbrick to Corke and did there<br />
get the sayd shipp and her ladeing discharged, and having soe procured her<br />
discharge did (as this deponent hath heard there videlicet at Corke dispose of<br />
her ladeing which was unplundered and unpillaged and caused her to<br />
disiste from prosecution of her sayd intended voyage and to bee<br />
brought from Corke to Limbrick, with salte and wines and some other goods<br />
which hee there caused to be laded aboard her, and this deponent being<br />
then at Limbrick sawe her brought thither with the sayd salt and wines and other<br />
goods aboard her wherof this deponents knowledge shee remayned in the<br />
Custody and possession of the sayd Warr, Willson, King, Bowman and<br />
Company And further hee cannot depose./
To the 10th hee saith that the shipp the ''Trooper'' by him predeposed<br />
of to be sett out by the sayd Warr, Wilson, King Bowman and Company from<br />
Limerick as aforesayd upon the voyage aforesayd was the same shipp<br />
which hee sawe<br />
returne to Limbrick as aforesayd with salt and wines and other goods in<br />
manner predeposed, and beleeveth the same and the ladeing thereof<br />
which was laded by the sayd Warr, Wilson King Bowman and Company<br />
at Limbrick as aforesayd to bee the same shipp and ladeing which was<br />
taken by the Brest men of warr two severall tymes as aforesayd and<br />
rescued as aforesayd by Captaine Taylor and Captaine Vessey and that the<br />
goods brought in her by Captaine Vessey into Corke were part of the ladeing<br />
firts put aboard her at Limbrick as aforesayd And further hee cannot depose/
To the 11th hee cannot depose./
To the 12th hee saith hee well knoweth the arlate Edward Warr Ralph Wilson William<br />
King Daniell Bowman Bartholomew Rice and Patrick Creagh and saith they<br />
all live in or neere Limbrick and are subiects of this Commonwealth And<br />
further hee cannot depose/
To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true/
