redeemed her and sent her to sea againe from thence (as this deponent hath heard to
prosecute her voyage aforesayd, And this deponent hath alsoe heard that after shee
was soe sett to sea from Kingesale shee the sayd shipp the Trooper and her
ladeing were againe seized by some Brest men of warr and that shee was
againe rescued from the Brest men of warr by the arlate Captaine Wessey
and by him brought into Corke in Ireland, And saith that the sayd
Bowman hearing of the sayd shipp Troopers being soe retaken and brought
into Corke did ride over fromLimbrick to Corke and did there
get the sayd shipp and her ladeing discharged, and having soe procured her
discharge did (as this deponent hath heard there videlicet at Corke dispose of
her ladeing which was unplundered and unpillaged and caused her to
disiste from prosecution of her sayd intended voyage and to bee
brought from Corke to Limbrick, with salte and wines and some other goods
which hee there caused to be laded aboard her, and this deponent being
then at Limbrick sawe her brought thither with the sayd salt and wines and other
goods aboard her wherof this deponents knowledge shee remayned in the
Custody and possession of the sayd Warr, Willson, King, Bowman and
Company And further hee cannot depose./

To the 10th hee saith that the shipp the Trooper by him predeposed
of to be sett out by the sayd Warr, Wilson, King Bowman and Company from
Limerick as aforesayd upon the voyage aforesayd was the same shipp
which hee sawe
returne to Limbrick as aforesayd with salt and wines and other goods in
manner predeposed, and beleeveth the same and the ladeing thereof
which was laded by the sayd Warr, Wilson King Bowman and Company
at Limbrick as aforesayd to bee the same shipp and ladeing which was
taken by the Brest men of warr two severall tymes as aforesayd and
rescued as aforesayd by Captaine Taylor and Captaine Vessey and that the
goods brought in her by Captaine Vessey into Corke were part of the ladeing
firts put aboard her at Limbrick as aforesayd And further hee cannot depose/

To the 11th hee cannot depose./

To the 12th hee saith hee well knoweth the arlate Edward Warr Ralph Wilson William
King Daniell Bowman Bartholomew Rice and Patrick Creagh and saith they
all live in or neere Limbrick and are subiects of this Commonwealth And
further hee cannot depose/

To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true/
