a Wittness sworne and examined saith as followeth videlicet.
To the first second and third articles of the said Allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
That hee this deponent being a native of Lubeck, and having there from his<br />
infancie had his constant residence and abode, and having for the space of<br />
36. yeares last past or thereabouts had relation to seafaring affaires, and beeene<br />
imployed in Navigation, hee well knoweth that the forme and fashion<br />
of shipps built in the United Netherlands, those of Lubeck being alwaies<br />
more firme and strong and of a more roug and plaine composure, then those of the<br />
