To the first and second and 3d and 4th articles of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that the arlate<br />
Symon da ffonseca Pyna merchant of Madrid, (who was and is one of the<br />
Assentistases of the King of Spayne and hath bene well knowne to this<br />
deponent twenty yeares and upwards) in the monethes of August<br />
September October November december January and february<br />
1652 was and att the present is and ought to be the true and lawfull<br />
Owner and Proprietor of one barr of sylver of 109 markes weight or thereabouts marked as in the margent<br />
the premisses he knoweth to be true for that about the beginning of<br />
the sayd moneth of August 1652 being att Cadiz in Spayne he there<br />
saw the sayd barr of sylver in the howse and possession of William<br />
Pornelir the sactor of the sayd producent which his factor then<br />
and there told this deponent that the sayd sylver was the sylver<br />
of the sayd Simon da ffonseca Pyna, as were likewise some other<br />
parcells of sylver which this deponent then saw in his possession, which<br />
