sayd Simon da ffonseca Pyna was and is a Spaniard a merchant<br />
Inhabitant of Madrid an Assentista and subiect of the Kinge<br />
of Spaine a trader betwixt Cadiz and fflanders for sylver<br />
and other goods and hath his factors in those places for that trade<br />
and for and as such was and is accounted and for such hath<br />
bene knowne for theis 6 yeares to this deponent who for the reasons<br />
aforesayd is as he saith well assured that the sayd Simon da<br />
ffonseca Pyna att the tyme of lading the sayd plate aor barr<br />
of sylver and before and continually since was and att the<br />
present is and ought to be the true and lawfull Owner and<br />
Proprietor of the sayd barr of sylver and so accounted and<br />
otherwise he cannot depose.
