probability have beene there and loaded<br />
and returned againe they being by Con<br />
tract to loade in sixe dayes but comeing<br />
a moneth later then otherwise they<br />
might have donne they were by reason<br />
of foule weather constrained to stay forty<br />
sixe dayes whereby this Rendent and<br />
the owners did suffer att least 200 ''li''<br />
dammadge as hee beleeveth which was<br />
occasioned by the neglect of the said<br />
parties as this Rendent beleeveth and<br />
hee alsoe beleeveth that the said parties<br />
did enter into pay as is arlate and did<br />
continue in the said shipp untill the time<br />
they were taken which was the second<br />
of June 1650 but the last port the said<br />
shipp made in the said voyadge was<br />
the porte of Naples where shee tooke in<br />
Caske to lade homewards with oiles the<br />
second of december 1649 being from<br />
the time they entred into pay the space<br />
of fifteene moneths as hee beleeveth<br />
dureing which time the said shipp was<br />
embarqued att Naples by the power<br />
of the king of Spaine from the 29th<br />
day of June in the yeare 1649 untill<br />
the 24th day of July in the said yeare<br />
being in all the space of 25 dayes<br />
and hee beleeveth hee hath really paid<br />
unto the said respective parties agent<br />
