To the Interrogatories. [CENTRE HEADING]

To thE first hee saith hee hath an eighth part in the said shipp the hare in the
feild, and had certaine goods aboard her for his owne accompt at the time of
her said seizure, referring himselfe for the particularities of the said goods
to his examination taken in the preparatorie, adding there unto that hee
had alsoe a bale of Cinamon for his owne accompt aboard together with
three small barrells of yellow dying stuff, some Rolls of tobacco, and some
snuff tobaccoe, and some hoopes; and saith it will be very comodious
for him to be dispatched by the restitution of his shipp and goods, lying here
at greate charges, and will be advantagious to him.

John van Latum of Middleborough Chirurgeon
of the shipp the hare in the feild, aged 26 yeares or
thereabouts sworne and examined.

To the third article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth that
hee this deponent was aboard and one of the company of the said shipp
the hare in the ffeild at such time shee came from haver da Grace the
voyage in question, namely Chirurgeon of her, and tooke notice
