To the 6 7. 8. 9. and 10th hee saith that hee had 7 greate guns, [?15] muskets
4 swords and 200 li powder, a furniture of sailes, and w top sailes a
maine saile and a foresaile over and above, and provisions for 11 eaters for
2 monethes, and that hee signed noe bill of lading, and that this deponent
master by the owners and hath bin master of the said shipp three yeares
And otherwise hee cannot depose saving as aforesaid.
To the 11th negatively.
To the 12th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition.
To the 13 hee had neither boteswaines nor Pursers booke.
To the last and his examination taken at Portsmouth nowe showed
unto him, hee saith that the same containeth the truth and is subscribed
by him and hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition and otherwise
hee cannot depose.

Examined upon an allegation on the
behalfe of the said claimers.

John Noose of fflushing Mariner Master
of the said shipp the Elizabeth, aged 36
yeares or thereabouts sworne and examined.
To the first and second articles of the said allegation hee saith and
deposeth that the said shipp the Elizabeth at such time as shee went
from fflushing for Bayon the voyage in question wherein shee was seized
carried in her from fflushing about 33 lasts of Rie for the accompt of
Evert Gesling and company owners of the said shipp and for the particular
accompt of myn heer Abraham van Pere one of the said owners 24
Rolls and one pack of peeces of tobaccoe, and for the particular account
of this deponent alsoe one of the said owners, twelve chests of candles
one last of wheate, a parcell of brasse Andirons,
26 Rolls and some peeces of tobaccoe, eight chaires, five
barrells and a halfe of herrings and six barrells of delfs butter, all
which hee knoweth being master of the said shipp, and that ariving with
the said shipp and goods at Bayon hee this deponent there sold and
disposed of all the foresaid goods, and with the proceede of the said
Riebought and laded aboard the said shipp in or about the middle of
August last thirtie baggs or sacks of feathers for the accompt of the
Common owners of the said shipp, and with the proceede of the rest of
the said goods this deponent bought and laded aboard her seaventie
eight oares for the accompt of this deponent and the said Abraham von
Pere together with 6 hogsheads of turpentine, 57 peaces of box wood
twelve bundles of corke, 48 jarrs of turpentine oile, three baggs or
sacks of wooll, and for the accompt of this deponent and shipps
companie 106 cakes of Rosin weighing about 19200 pounds

of feathers in all weighing together 3967 pounds for the said accompt
