further he cannot depose saving that the sayd Haesdonck by repute is a
Hamburgher, and that it is notorious that there is peace betweene
Hamburgh and ffrance and warr betweene Spaine and ffrance
and seeing that he saith many Spanish and fflandrian merchants
doe often make use of the like colourable Bills of lading for the
like reason that the producent hath done and is before expressed.
