To the 5th he saith that Hjeronimo Brudgmans accompanied with his servant
Diego Maestre did bring the sayd 82 barretons and 28 baggs of sylver
now claymed aboard the Sampson interrate, And this deponent receyved the
same aboard. And otherwise cannot depose, saving that the same was laden aboard
in the day tyme.

To the 3d he saith he knoweth not the interrate Peter Claesson and domingo
Antonio nor eyther of them, nor whether they did lade any moneyes or sylver
aboard any of the shipps interrate nor whether they are factors to the heyres
of George Etton Heard, nor that the sayd heirs are factors for them.
