And saith that upon this deponents request to the said
Morlay for the helpe of his Marriners to discharge
and unlade the said fruite the said Morlay made answere
that his men were all wearye and tyred and that if
hee would unlade it, hee this rendent must gett
Spaniards to doe it which this deponent procured. And
[?furthere] refering himselfe to his foregoeing deposition
he cannot depose

To the second Interrogatorie hee saith that diverse of the said

ffrailes and peeces of fruite which this deponent did soe
cause to bee unladen out of the Beniamin by reason of
the disorderly and soe sudden unladeing thereof were very much
torne riffled and abused by the Spanishe sold[?eires] But
how many full frailes they made out when they were
laden aboard the Swallow hee saith hee cannot iustly remember
but referreth himselfe to the bills of ladeing which were made
for the same. And otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the third Interrogatorie hee saith. that the ffruite interrogated was
Laden out of the Tower of Voles Mallega interrogated aboard the
Swallow by this deponent for the accompt of the said
Brand and Company and not for the accompt of any
other whatsoever. The said Brand and Company being the
only persons for whose account this deponent first laded the said ffruite
abord the Beniamine. And saith that if any peece goods
being marked [XXXXX] be laid next to others of the like
kind[?e] the said Red marke willbe plainly discerned
upon the other peece which before was not marked, soe
that when they come to be unladen one peece of
fruite can bee knowne from another. And
other wise hee refreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition.
