beleeveth soe that hee hath paid Tenne pouns more then came to his hands And otherwise hee deoeth not
beleeve the said pretensed position to bee
true in any parte/

To the ninth hee answereth that since
the premisses the said Richard dawes
was slanie and is departed this life
this Rendent hath intermedled in his
goods And otherwise hee doeth not be=
leeve the said pretensed position to bee
true in any parte/.

To the 10th hee answereth and beleeveth that
the said Richard dawes in his life time
kept a booke wherein hee did usually
set downe the said shipps Accounts and
freights and proffitts made with the
same and the receipts of divers of the
owners that lived in or about this Citty
of London for theire parts of the proffitts
of such voyadges as were made there=
with which booke this Rendent doeth
beleeve came to the hands and pos=
session of this Rendent and is in his
custody and power as hee beleeveth
