trary to the goodwill and likenig of
these Rendents or any other factor or
Agent And further they referre them
selves to the depositions of witnesses
examined on theire parts in this cause
And otherwise for theire parts they nor
either of them doe not beleeve the said
position to bee true in any parte thereof

To the eleaventh pretensed position they and
either of them answer that for theire
parts they doe not beleeve the said po
sition to bee true in any parte thereof

To the 12th pretensed position they answer and
beleeve that the ordinary leakage of
wines from the Canaries to London
is not above 10 in the hundred and
most Commonly under and sometimes
these Rendents beleeve that through bad
weather and ill stowage and insufficien
cy of Cask whole pipes doe leake out
And otherwise for theire parts they doe
not beleeve the said position to bee true
in any parte thereof/
