the Contents of this position soe farr
forth as the same doeth make
for them And otherwise for theire
parts they nor either of them doe
not beleeve the said position to bee true
in any parte thereof/

To the eighth pretended position they
answer and Accept the said position

To the ninth pretensed position they and
either of them Answer and beleeve that
these Rendents beleeve that one [?Groteir]
a passinger came home in the said
shippe the said voyadge and did see
that the said wines were abused in
the said voyadge and made complaint
thereof ut credunt unto the said Peeters
the Master in the said voyadge to whose Testi
mony these Rendents referr themselves
And otherwise for theire parts they nor
either of them doe not beleeve the
said position to bee true in any parte thereof

To the 10th pretensed position they answer that for
theire parts they doe accept the Contents of
this position soe farre as the same doe
make for them and not otherwise And
they further beleeve that the arlate
Peeters in his passage home for England
did cut out severall of the markes which
were upon these Rendents wines and
marked them with his owne marke
