meanes the shipp was not onely in
great hazard of men of warre but lost
three dayes of faire weather in which
time shee might in all probability
have beene loaded and gott out againe
for when they did worke they were
loaded in 2 dayes time but upon theire
comeing in theire was foule weather
for about Ten dayes in which they could
not worke which they had in all proba
billity avoided in case the said Chapman
and Soames had performed what they
had undertaken which was a very great
preuidice and hindrance to the voyadge
as hee beleeveth and alsoe when they came
to the porte of Gallipola which was a
port nto which the said Chapman and
Soames had undertaken to carry the
said shippe they haveinge beene former
ly there as they said hee the said Chapmand preten
ded himselfe sicke and went into his
Cabbin and would not come out nor
performe any service onboard the said
