1. man of warr, and that hee lined in fflushing, and otherwise hee TO DO: cannot GUTTER

3. To the fifth hee saith that the said shipp the Edward and John beXX belong
4. to the said Greene, Bellamy and company, took was aforesaid from TO DO: the said GUTTER
5. deponent, and the shipp the Edward and John were lying at TO DO: MainvXXX GUTTER

7. of a dutch master, and arrested by her authoritie of this Court, was and

10. and apparently by many tokens and signes knowing her to be the TO DO: XXXX GUTTER

17. To the first article hee saith then hee well knoweth the shipp
18. the Edward and John (nowe called the Pilgrim) arlate and so hath
19. dunne over since hee was built, which was about seven yeeres TO DO: XXXX GUTTER
20. at which time this deponent since her building at Alborough
21. and alsoe well knoweth the producents John Greene and company
22. arlate, who hee saith were and are her owners, and for such
23. commonly accounted.
24. To the second and third articles hee saith and deposeth that about the TO DO: and GUTTER
25. of March last past the said owners set not the said shipp from
26. Alborough under the rendent of this precontest John Kebfinch mster
27. to goo with her on a voyage for Island, whence recives to retourne
28. to england, and there going to Island and being in her retourne for
29. England comming on the coast of very fancy SScotland, was hee was in or about
30. the 19th of July last set upon and violiently seized and taken
31. by a certaine man of warr called the coach, commannded by one
32. Joseph Mervit, who upon the sea took her and her lading
33. from the said kebson and company who to there island neer in
34. quiet perssassion and heantebly sailing her for the said owners use
35. and the said Merrit put men aboard her and carried her away
36. and so forcibly and uniustly distribiled and dysired the said master
37. and the said owners of her, All which hee knoweth going out from
38. Alborough as her, and being one of her company, and aboard her
39. as the time of the said seizure and taken out into the said man
40. of warr, And otherwise hee cannot depose.
41. To the fourth hee saith that this deponent being brought in the said TO DO: XXX
42. man of warr to fflushing , ˹hee˺ since a gentleman came there aboard from
43. the towne, who hee saith was by some of the man of warr company
44. said to be living there, and to be owners one of the said owners of
45. the said shipp the Coach, and otherwise hee cannot depose.
