others hee left in the hands of the said Peter Jansen the Younge at
[Ladiz?]. And otherwise cannot depose./
To the 22nd hee saith, hee very well knoweth that the bills of lading
interrate and now showed onto him are [really?] two of the bills of lading
signed by him at [Ladiz?] as [foresaid?], which hee well knoweth by his owne
usuall [?]; haveing [?] that time signed no other bills to that effort /.
And otherwise cannot depose /.
To the 23th, hee cannot depose /.
To the 24th, hee saith, he doese not [exactly?] remember whether the silver
interrate were laden within or without the [command?] of the Spanish
fforte or Castles, nor doese hee know of any [sussepect?] or [?] for the
same. And otherwise cannot depose /.
To the 25th, hee saith, that saving his foregoing deponent, to which hee
referreth himselffe hee cannot further depose /.
To the 26th hee saith, hee remembereth not whether the bills of lading [?]
to this deponent were loose or [?] in [?] at Dover. And otherwise
saving his foregoing deponent hee cannot depose ./
