Resident in 1654 in Limehouse.

Evidence from High Court of Admiralty

Fifty-five year old John Larkin deposed on December 9th 1654 in the High Court of Admiralty.[1] He was examined on an allegation on behalf of John Thomas in "The Clayme of John Thomas for 141. bundles of redd Russia hides saved and preserved out of the John and Ambrose whereof Robert Church was master lately cast away nere Colchester".[2]

John Larkin stated that he had been one of the quarter masters on the Ambrose and John at Archangell and had assisted in the stowing of the bundles of Russia hides.[3]
