and alsoe his wife Eliner Wheeler this deponent being<br />
a planter and living neere the place in Virginia where<br />
the said ffrancis and Ellinor lived. And saith that the said<br />
ffrancis Wheeler dyed about Christmas last, and the said<br />
Elinor Wheeler his wife dyed in Aprill last of this<br />

and Proprietor of thirty and three Hogheads and seaven<br />
smaller caskes of Virginia Tobaccoe at this deponent and verilly beleeveth<br />
and for owner and proprietor thereof the said wheeler was<br />
then commonly accounted which said 33 hosgheads and seaven<br />
smaller caskes of Virginia Tobacco were by the said Ffrancis<br />
