''lady ffrigott'' and her tackle furniture and freight and stock and<br />
provisions on board her at the tyme of her seizure aforesayd were<br />
then in this deponents Judgement worth five thousand pounds<br />
sterling or neere thereabouts and soe much hee beleeveth the arlate<br />
Swift Parker and Harris were damnified by the losse of them by<br />

To the Tenth and 11th articles hee saith that hee this deponent being Cooper<br />
and aboard at the seizure knoweth that the arlate Captaine Hoyser and<br />
his Company had a board the sayd shipp the ''Lady ffrigott'' at the<br />
tyme of her seizure in moneys and goods and Cloathes and instruments<br />
to the value of twelve hundred pounds sterling at least all which<br />
hee saith hee well knoweth were taken from him and them by the Captaine<br />
and Company of the ''Santa Cruse'' aforesays and hee and they dispoiled and<br />
deprived of them by the sayd Captaine and Company of the sayd man of<br />
warr called the ''Santa Cruse'' who upon the<br />
seizure of the sayd frigott plundered and tooke away all whatsoever<br />
the sayd Captaine Hosier and his Company had and kept them<br />
prisoners for some time in chaynes and afterwards turned them on shoare at the<br />
Island Zephania to shift for them selves without allowing them<br />
either provisions or moneys this he knoweth being one of the Company<br />
as aforesayd and soe kept in chaynes and after ?turned on shoare in manner<br />
aforesayd. And further hee cannot depose
