Mariner, aged 24 yeares or thereabouts sworne and<br />
examined.
To the first article hee saith and deposeth that in the moneths and tyme<br />
arlate the arlate Robert ffisher was Master and Part Owner of the<br />
arlate shipp the ''Willing Adventure'' And for syuch commonly reputed<br />
And further hee deposeth not/
To the 2: 3: 4th and 5th articles of the sayd allegation hee saith that hee this<br />
deponent being a prisoner aboard an Oastend man of warr knoweth<br />
that the sayd shipp the ''Willing Adventure'' with her ladeing consisting<br />
of twentie lasts of mault and divers chalders of Coales and other<br />
goods aboard her was in the moneths of June or July in the yeare one<br />
