merchant aged forty yeares or thereabouts<br />
a witnes sworne and examined deposeth and<br />
saith as followeth.
To the first article of the sayd Allegation this deponent saith that the arlate<br />
Pedro Hulee whom this deponent hath knowne for theis five yeares or<br />
thereabouts in the moneth of September 1652 att Cadiz was in the quiet<br />
possession of the Tobaccoes hereafter mentioned which came to Cadiz in the<br />
Spanish galleons from the Indies that is to say of ten potaccoes<br />
of tobacco ofmarked with the first marke in the margent, and three potaccoes
