Merchant aged 34 yeares or thereabouts sworne and<br />

To the first and second articles of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth<br />
that hee well knoweth the producent Lorenzo da Veles and hath<br />
soe donne for theise 6 yeares last past and saith that for all the<br />
time arlate hee was and at present is commonly accompted the true and lawfull owner and<br />
proprietor of all and singular the plate, silver and money schedulated<br />
