To the eleventh he saith that the producen … To the eleventh he saith that the producent did att Lading of the sayd sylver<br />
acquaint this Rendent that he laded the same for his owne Accompt and <br />
his owne adventure.
To the twelfth he saith that he this Rendent is an Inhabitant of Cadize, and<br />
was borne att Vex[?el] in Spaine. And saith he hath noe interest in the sylver<br />
claymed by way of property, nor by way of ensurance nor any other way<br />
neither will the restitution thereof be any advantage or the losse thereof<br />
dammage to him. And otherwise he cannot depose.
To the thirteenth fourteeth fifteenth and sixteenth Interrogatories he cannot<br />
depose.
To the seventeeth he saith that the Interrate Pedro de Campo signed two <br />
bills of lading of the tenor of the sayd bill annexed, and delivered [?the]<br />
same to the sayd Antonio de Ponte. And otherwise he cannot depose.
To the eighteenth he saith that he knoweth and is sure that the bill now<br />
showne him is one of the sayd three bills signed by the sayd Pedro, and<br />
knowethe the same by the firme of the sayd Pedro which he is acquainted<br />
the markes in the margent, and for that he saw it in the hands of the<br />
producent att sea before the seizure and likewise after his arrivall [?in]<br />
London, so that he is well satisfyed and assured that it hath not [?beene]<br />
made since the two other were signed att Cadize in the sayd [?bay].<br />
And otherwise he cannot depose.
To the nyneteenth he saith that the producent brought the bill interrate <br />
in his owne Custody from Cadize to the Citty. and otherwise he<br />
cannot depose.
To the twentyeth he saith that the producent the sayd Don Antonio came<br />
aboard the ''Sampson'' from Cadize and was aboard att the tyme of seizure<br />
And further he cannot depose.
To the one and twentyeth he saith that the producent received [?three]<br />
for the sayd sylver. all of one tenor from Pedro de Campo as he hath predeposed and [?d]<br />
none of them back from to the sayd Pedro. And otherwise he cannot depose.
To the two and twentyeth he saith that the sylver now claymed [?was]<br />
brought from the West Indies in the ''Saint John Baptist'' John [?Sericho]<br />
Master. And further he cannot depose.
To the three and twentyeth he saith that the sylver now Claymed was<br />
laden about the beginning of August 1652 aboard the ''Sampson''<br />
but the particular day he calleth not to mynde. And he saith [?that ?he]<br />
knoweth not that any sylver or other goods whatsoever were [?XXX]<br />
out of the ''Sampson'' after the lading of the sylver interrate. And<br />
otherwise he cannot depose.
To the four and twentyeth he saith and deposeth that the sylver [?Interrate]<br />
was all of it laden aboard the ''Sampson'' ridinge att an anchor in the<br />
bay of Cadize neere to and under Commannd of the fforts of [?]<br />
and not upon the high or open sea, and otherwise, not knowing [?]<br />
pasport for the sayd sylver, he cannot depose.
To the five and twentyeth he saith that the name of the purser of the<br />
shipp was Pedro de Campo, and otherwise, saving that the sayd [?]<br />
as he hath heard and beleiveth is an Hamburger, he cannot depose
