reth and accepteth the Contents in that<br />
position soe farre as they make for him<br />
and beleeveth the same to bee true/
To the third hee answereth and beleeveth<br />
the same to bee true/
To the 4th pretensed position hee answereth<br />
and beleeveth that aafter teh death of the<br />
arlate Robert Page and after the arlate<br />
shippe the ''Jonathan and Abigall'' had<br />
taken in all her ladeing and was<br />
ready to set saile from the Barbadoes<br />
towards London and not before this re<br />
spondent was put in and constituted<br />
by the factors of the freighters to bee Master<br />
of her and tooke upon him the care charge<br />
and government of the said shippe to saile<br />
or bringe her home for England and not<br />
other wise and for the rest of the said position<br />
hee referreth himselfe to the REcords<br />
of this Court which hee beleeveth to bee<br />
true And otherwise hee doeth not beleeve<br />
the said pretensed position to bee true in<br />
andy parte thereof
