accepteth of the same soe farre as it<br />
maketh for him and not otherwise and<br />
beleeveth That after the said Tenn<br />
Barrills of Indico were by force and<br />
Menaces gotten out of the shippe the<br />
''Salvadore'' into the shipps the ''harry''<br />
''Bonadventure'' and the ''hopewell''<br />
they were brought from Legorne aforesaid<br />
in the said shipps respectively to this port<br />
of London and were duely and legally ar=<br />
rested att the suite of this Rendent And<br />
otherwise for his parte hee doeth not<br />
beleeve the same to bee true in any parte
To the 11th position hee answereth and for<br />
his parte doeth not beleeve the same<br />
to bee true in any parte Saveing that<br />
hee beleeveth as aforesaid that the said goods<br />
were taken out of the said shipp the ''Salvador''<br />
by force and violence and carryed aboard <br />
the ''harry Bonadventure'' and the ''hopewell''<br />
articulate./
