of George Keate as followeth videlicet
To the first position of the said pretended<br />
Libell hee answereth and beleeveth that in<br />
the yeare 1647 and the monethes there<br />
of and in the yeare 1648 and untill<br />
the time that the arlate Thomas Mulle<br />
nux was in some moneth of the said<br />
yeare 1648 hee the said Thomas Mullenux<br />
was Master of the arlate shippe the ''Mary Bone''<br />
''adventure'' and had and tooke upon him the<br />
care and charge and government of the<br />
said shippe by and with the consent of<br />
the owners of her And this Rendent<br />
