shippe the ''Reserve'' by the arlate Mr<br />
Showers or by his order or direction<br />
as in this article is alleaged, which he<br />
accepteth of soe farr forth as the said<br />
article maketh for him, and the premisses<br />
by him confessed he hath acknowledged,<br />
and otherwise he doth not beleeve the<br />
said article to bee true in any parte<br />

To the third pretensed position this rendent<br />

hath by that meanes some acquaintance<br />
with french merchants resident there<br />

and sould some goods but this rendent<br />
doth by virtue of his oath declare that<br />
the goods claimed by this rendent and the<br />
said Mr Showers were really bought and<br />
provided by them with their owne monies and<br />
for their owne accpmpts, and not by any effects<br />
