soe much this rendent beleeveth hee hath<br />
confessed And that 459 Cantarrs at 777<br />
pound weight to a Cantarr at 20 ''li'' to a<br />
tonne doth make 36 1/4 tonnes and that<br />
after the rate of three pounds ten shillings<br />
per tonne the freight of 36 1/4 tonnes<br />
doth amount to 126: ''li'': 17: ''s'' 6: ''d'' which was the<br />
quantitye that this rendents goods should<br />
have made out here in case the said Warren<br />
or his company had not abused the same<br />
but at the delivery of the same here in<br />
England the same did not make out at the<br />
rate aforesaid above the quantitye of<br />
thirty two tonnes and a halfe soe that this<br />
rendent doth want of his goods laden the<br />
number of 3: 3/4 tonnes which were worth<br />
and would have yeilded this respondent<br />
the summe of 116: ''li'' 5: ''s'' in case they had<br />
bine delivered to this rendent, And<br />
otherwise for his parte hee doth not beleeve<br />
the said position to bee true in any parte.
