To the 5th hee saith the said Robles hath noe other factor at the<br />
Canaryes at present but the said Simon da herrera Leyva as this<br />
deponent knoweth of; which said Leyva is (as this deponent beleeveth) a<br />
Native subject of the King of Spaine, and otherwise referring<br />
himselfe to his foregoeing deposition hee cannot answer./.
To the 6th hee saith hee knoweth not any man called or<br />
knowne by the name of Adrian Turin, saving the said<br />
Mr Robles, who as aforesaid Trades by that fictitious<br />
name at the Canaryes. And saith it is probable that<br />
there is a Man soe called in holland; and further hee<br />
cannot answer./.
To the seventh hee saith hee hath well knowne the foresaid<br />
Simon da herrera Leijva for about tenne yeeres last, and<br />
for all that time hee hath gone by that name, which is his reall<br />
name, and for theise tenne yeeres last hee the said ?Leijva hath lived here<br />
in the Canaryes and in the Maine of Spaine, and this deponent<br />
hath heard that the said Leyva was married about a yeere<br />
since to a Gentlewoman that is a Native of the Canarye Ilands<br />
And saith hee knoweth not with ??whom the said Leijva doth<br />
Correspond with, save Mr Robles, and to the rest<br />
hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition<br />
upon the Allegation and to his answer to the first Interrogatorie<br />
and further cannot answer:/:
