To the 3d hee saith the said ''Peter'' did not weare the<br />
English Colours at the time of the seizure [?of ?the GUTTER]<br />
said ship, but wore them before, but not on the<br />
Day the ''ffortune'' was taken to the best of this Deponents<br />
knowledge./:
To the 4.th hee saith hee was not present nor did see the said [?Commission GUTTER]<br />
signed or sealed, and saith hee sawe the same aboard<br />

seizure, and further saving as aforesaid cannot [?answer GUTTER]
To the 5.th hee saith hee knoweth not how much the<br />
