To the 4th hee saith that the said ship the Alexander while the<br />
''Island ffrigot'' lay in the Road of Oratava the said time<br />
was driven from her Cables and Anchors and put<br />
out to sea, and this Deponent sawe boyes that were<br />
fastned to the Shipropes that were fastned to the<br />
Cables and saith that it is usuall for ships to slip their Cables and Anchors<br />
in the said Road, and leave boys fastned thereunto<br />
And further cannot Answer/.
To the 5th hee answereth negatively./:
To the 6th hee saith that the bouoy Rope or buoy Interrate belonged<br />
as aforesaid to the said Osburnes ship and sawe one<br />
of the said Colquites Company make the said Colquites Rope<br />
fast thereto. and after sawe that it was Cut, and the same<br />
was done but once that this Deponent knoweth of And<br />
otherwise cannot Answer.
To the 7th hee saith hee knoweth onely to of the Dutch men<br />
Interrate and to the rest Negatively for his Part./.
