this deponent ashore at Saint Maws, and carried his said vessell<br />
away into ffrance where this deponent saw her afterwards,<br />
and from the said time of such the said Saddletons taking her to<br />
the foresaid time of the arrest of her at Bristol, the said Humphreys<br />
and company were out of possession of her. And otherwise hee<br />
cannot depose, saving as aforesaid./

To the first hee saith hee cometh required by the said owners to be<br />
a Witnes in this cause, and that hee hath noe interest therein,<br />
and saith that the foresaid John humphrey and Edward Briggs are<br />
each of them a quarter part owner of the said vessell, Bartholomew<br />
Woolvin owner of an eighth John Gunter of owner of an eighth,<br />
William Gillam owner of an eighth and William humphrey owner<br />
of an eighth part of the said shipp, and otherwise negatively.
To the second hee saith that hee saw the said vessell this day and<br />
lay the last night aboard her at Saint Saviours dock, and otherwise<br />
hee cannot answer saving his foregoing deposition.
To the third hee saith that the said vessell was foure or five yeares<br />
out of the possession of the said humphrey and company aforesaid<br />
