of Saint Buttolphs Algate London marriner, aged<br />
two, and fiftie yeares, or thereabouts, and made<br />
oath upon the holy Evangelist that he the said<br />
John de vos was, and is, master of a certene shippe<br />
called the ''Golden ffox'' of London, and that by the<br />
particular and expresse order and authoritie of<br />
Gaspar ván Cullen, Jernonimo ván Cullen<br />
and John Tilley merchants (who was the<br />
true, and sole owners of the said shippe) d[XXXXX]<br />
unto, and given unto him for sale of the said<br />
shippe, her tackle, apparrell, and furniture, he<br />
hath by bill of sale signed, and sealed by him the<br />
said John de vas, and by him delivered as his<br />
act and deed, and duely executed (which bill<br />
of sale beares date the thirtith day of July<br />
1657) for and in consideration of the sume of<br />
one thousand and fower<br />
hundred pounds of good, and lawfull money<br />

shipe, and her tackle apparrell, and furniture<br />
