at and from his warehouse at Redriff wall to and for the<br />
use and furniture of the said shipp the ''Stambeline'' then out lying near<br />
the said warehouse, soe that this deponent sawe the said goods carried<br />
aboard her, and saith shee was then outward bound, and that<br />
the said goods were then well worth the respective summes set<br />
down upon them in the said schedule, amounting in the totale<br />
to 36 ''li'' - 8 ''s'' - 10 ''d'', and soe that the like goods were then commonly<br />
sold to others at the same rates, The premisses touching the<br />
said delivery, with the particulars and prizes hee is the better able<br />
(as hee saith) to depose for that hee as servant to his said master<br />
delivered them as aforesaid, and made entrie thereof in his<br />
masters debt booke, which hee hath lately perused, and hath<br />
taken a note thereout agreeing with the said schedule. And<br />
lastly saith that the said Captaine John Case came and<br />
bespake the said goods and materialls to and for the use of the<br />
said shipp, and that they were accordingly delivered at<br />
his instance and in his presence. And otherwise hee cannot depose.

To the first article hee saith hee well knoweth the arlate<br />
