borne att Temblick neere Toledo in Spaine merchant<br />
aged five and thirty yeares or thereabouts a witnes<br />
sworne and examined deposeth and saith as followeth
To the first second and third articles of the sayd allegation this deponent saith that<br />
the arlate Paulus Cobrisse for theis five yeares last past hath driven<br />
a trade from fflanders to the arlate Ports of Spaine Cadiz and Saint Lucars<br />
and to the Indies for sylver and plate and hath had is Agents in the<br />
sayd places for that purpose, to whom in the sayd tyme he hath sent great<br />
quantityes of goods and merchandizes, which this deponent hath seene arrive<br />
in the Indies. And saith that the said Paulus Cobrisse in the monethes of<br />
Augst September and October 1652 was and att present is the lawfull Owner<br />
of the moneyes and sylver hereafter specifyed, and did aabout the beginning<br />
