And saith he saw the sayd [?] [?] in the q … And saith he saw the sayd [?] [?] in the quiet [?] of the sayd<br />
ffrancise[?] de Caicodgie in the sayd Indies where the same was by him<br />
bought and he then delivered the same as his goods to this deponent<br />
ordering and desiring him to take it along with him to fflanders and<br />
there to sell and dispose of it to and for the use of him the the sayd ffrancise[?] <br />
and brought it with him from the sayd Indies to Cadiz. And further <br />
saving this subsequent depositione he cannot depose.
To the second he saith that in the month of September 1652 This <br />
deponent for and on the behalfe of the sayd Peter and Andrew Amaka[?]<br />
by Peter Johnson Clump a barksman of Cadiz did lade aboard the<br />
shipp ''Sampson'' arlate in the bay of Cadiz the says barr of sylver<br />
aboard the ''Sampson'' the sayd barkman att his returne to shoare brought<br />
this deponent a note under the hand of Otto George the master of the <br />
sayd shipp. And Saith that he this deponent in September aforesayd <br />
but after the sayd one barr was laden, did himself for and on behalf<br />
of the sayd Joanna Palden[?] Burgne[?] and for the accompt lade<br />
and putt aboard the sayd shipp the sayd Clumpe[?] and two small barrs<br />
of sylver of the second marke as aforesaid. And about or [?]<br />
the same tyme or somethign before over[?] [?] the middle of September<br />
aforesayd did himselfe lade aboard the sayd shipp the sayd eight<br />
second of [?] [?] for the use and accompt of the<br />
sayd frrancise de Coircouge. To be transported from Cadiz to Ostend<br />
and there to be delivered to him this deponent as factors and agent<br />
for the aforementioned parties, and their severall and respective<br />
uses and accompte now specifyed and [?]. And further he cannot depose.
To the third he saith that he this deponent in the sayd moneth of September <br />
was present and saw the purser of the shipp ''Sampson'' [?] [?} whose <br />
name is Peter Huckfelt or Pedro de Campe [?] aboard the said<br />
shipp by the order of Otto George arlate signe nyne bills of <br />
lading for the sylver and goods aforesayd that is to say, three of one<br />
tenor[?} for the barr of sylver of the sayd first marke, and [?]<br />
of one [?} for the sayd Clumpe and two small barrs of sylver of <br />
the sayd second marke, and three of one [?] for the sayd eight <br />
second of [?]; and saith that three of the sayd bills [?] <br />
of oath defferent [?] were left aboard the sayd shipp and were <br />
as the deponent believeth aboard the sayd shipp att the tyme of seizure<br />
and were there found and by the [?] sent into the Registry of <br />
this Court where this deponent hath seene them. And further he cannot<br />
depose.
To the fourth he saith that the three bills of lading to the allegation [?]<br />
whereon he is examined and now showne him with this native Ottavi<br />
Jorge att the foot[?] of every of them respectively were and are these<br />
other of the sayd bills of lading to [?} the sayd Pedro de Campo<br />
[?] signed aboard the shipp ''Sampson'' in the sight of the deponent <br />
as aforesayd, which he knoweth by the contents marked and firrmed[?]<br />
and for that he this deponent sent them from Cadiz over land to [?]<br />
de nemay of Antwerpe in fflanders from where this deponent<br />
[?] the same in a letter here att London from the sayd [?] de<br />
nemay, and delivered them to Mr Smith one of the [?] of the [?]<br />
